Hello, my name is Kristopher Kanaly.

I live and work in Oklahoma City, where I was born and raised. I’ve lived in a few different places in my life, Portland, OR, Tulsa and roamed Europe for about 4 mos, but once again I call Oklahoma my home. Living and traveling has opened me up to new ideas and the contacts I’ve made keep my brain fresh.

I grew up with a Graphic Designer for a Father and a Grandfather who still owns and operates the same art gallery my Great Grandfather opened in 1919. I spent my early years surrounded by art and artists so I guess that rubbed off a little. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been drawing or painting. I started doing design work, posters for bands and whatnot, before college and then started doing small layout projects for my Father in between classes. Once I finished college, I jumped into the job market and landed a few gigs with some agencies in Portland. Since then, I have moved up into Art Direction and ran my own freelance shop for a couple of years.

I love design, my daughter, blogs, my iGoogle page, fixed-gear bicycles, street and train graffiti, stencils, pop art, alleycat races, getting hurt on my bike, really clean CSS (even though I’m not the cleanest), tattoos, dogs, trees, camping, hiking, the river, beer, yoga, family and hanging with friends.
